Big congrats!
Have you thought of a name yet?
I’ve always thought Danny Blanchflower to be rather a good name – a bit of class about it (Tanya in Transition may disagree?)
Or what about Steve Perryman Piglet Jimmy Greaves?
That one’s got a nice ring to it?
Seriously Piglet, if you need any advice on the name, just give me a call!
All the best
Keith
YEY! Congratulations! More pinkness in the world.

Yay for team pink!!! We are full on members
Oh that’s lovely! My daughter had her scan last week and we are expecting another boy…we’re all delighted. When is your due date by the way?
Congratulations! How exciting. I always thought if I were to have a child, I’d want it to be a girl.
Now you will have to have a naming contest!
Hi Piglet!
Congratulations on your exciting news. Go Team Pink!
Thanks for stopping by my blog the other day. Hope to “see” you again soon!
Oh yay! Finally a break in some of the boy monotony. So happy for you and Mr. Piglet!
Oh Piglet…that’s wonderful….so you will have a piglette! I’m amazed by those images. Things have really progressed during the last 25 years since I had a sonogram. When I saw my pictures, I wasn’t sure what I was pregnant with…as in animal or human! Have a lovely Christmas and an exciting New Year.
Another woman on its way!
Well done you and Mr. Piglet for producing another member of the ‘what makes the world go round while men are sitting on their backsides asking the question’ team.
Oh, congratulations to you and Mr. Piglet. Little girls are such fun. I am sure you and Mr. Piglet’s families are very happy too.
Congratulations! It is a wonderful thing to have a little girl ! As for names, when I was pregnant I had decided for Marthe or Marie-Noelle … But it turned out I had a Thomas instead !
Fantastic news! Congratulations! Big Pink Kisses! XXX
Oh, how wonderful! I’m so happy for you…and those 3D images are amazing. Beautiful!

Oh, that’s really good news. A blue piglet would have looked very odd.
How wonderful, pregnancy and childbirth always amazes me. It always seems miraculous. Congratulations, a soon to be a little pink piglet x
Little Miss Piglet! I am so happy for you! Congratulations!! Now you get to do al the fun preparational stuff. Big bious!!
Charley
Thanks for all your kind comments, support and suggestions! Mr Piglet and I are absolutely delighted and I’ve spent all weekend trying NOT to use the Carte Bleue to make purchases!!
Congrats Piglet! That is wonderful news. (I would be saying the same thing if it were a boy…or would I?)
As for Keith’s suggestions…um…let’s just say that he’s put forward some ‘interesting’ names.
In all seriousness, I hope this makes for an even more beautiful holiday season.
Pat Jennings?
He used to play for Tanya’s lot (before he saw the light and came to play for a decent team!)
How about Pat Jennings Piglet?
That’d be a nice name for a girl?
All the best
Keith
Oooh, how lovely. Those scan images are so moving, aren’t they? It brings home the wonder of life.
[...] least Piglet at Piglet in France did show us some pictures of her Piglet to [...]
Congratulations, that’s absolutely awesome!! xx
You know, I saw these, and then forgot to comment! First, Merry Christmas. It’s Christmas, and I am taking a break from watching old episodes of “Northern Exposure” and I saw Keith’s piece in his wrap-up of blogs on Tuesday (the trackback up above there), and this was one listed, which reminded me to come back.
Second, how cool are those 3D sonograms! OMG! I wish they would have had those when I was pregnant! They were just starting to have them available when I got pregnant with the second kid almost six years ago. They are too cool, and Piglette (I hope it’s okay if I call her that) is adorable.
Third, I have seen the baby and children’s clothing in France and the girl stuff is WAY cute, so yeah! Have FUN shopping! In fact, I think that is the case everywhere: girl babies and children definitely have cuter clothes than boys do. Lucky you!
So excited for you, Piglet.
Bonne fêtes, and I will be in touch again soon.
♥
